1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the GovCon Video Game ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement exclusively between you and WealthTech Holdings Inc., the sole operator and provider of the Services. See Section 14 (Sole Responsible Party & Exclusive Remedy).

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the GovCon Video Game, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Creation, Security & Authentication

  • 3.1 Sign-Up Methods: You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with authorized third-party providers (e.g., Facebook, Google). Anonymous sign-ups are not permitted.

  • 3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. We enforce rate limiting on authentication attempts and a global session timeout to protect your account.

  • 3.3 Password Reset: If you forget your password, you may use our password reset flow to securely regain access.

4. Acceptable Use Your account is for your personal educational and entertainment use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse Engineer: Copy, modify, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, game mechanics, or proprietary content of the platform.

  • Unauthorized Access: Access the Services through scraping, crawling, bots, or by circumventing security measures (e.g., Row Level Security).

  • Abuse: Submit content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory.

  • Sensitive Data: Submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or highly sensitive personal information into the game's registration or AI inputs.

5. Educational Purpose & Contracting DisclaimersIMPORTANT: KAPITALGPT IS NOT A GOVERNMENT AGENCY, LEGAL COUNSEL, OR BUSINESS ADVISOR. ALL CONTENT IS A SIMULATION.

  • 5.1 Educational Platform: GovCon Video Game is an educational strategy simulator designed to teach users the basics of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the bidding process, and government contracting.

  • 5.2 No Professional Advice: Nothing in the game constitutes legal, business, or official contracting advice. Output is general, simulated, and not tailored to your real-world business entity. Always consult a legal professional before bidding on actual federal contracts.

  • 5.3 Hypothetical Results: In-game contracts, bank balances, UEI/CAGE generation, and bidding outcomes are purely hypothetical simulations. Success in the game does not guarantee success in real-world government contracting.

6. Founder's Edition Payment & Access

  • 6.1 Access Fee: Access to the GovCon Video Game gameplay requires a one-time, upfront payment.

  • 6.2 Instant Unlock: Upon successful payment processing through our third-party provider (e.g., PayPal), your account will instantly unlock the full simulation, allowing you to register your simulated company and begin bidding on contracts.

  • 6.3 Non-Transferable: The license is personal to your account and non-transferable.

  • 6.4 Refunds: Due to the instant, digital nature of the game, refunds are generally not provided once the Command Center is accessed, except where required by law.

7. AI Services

  • 7.1 AI Models Used: The game utilizes AI features (e.g., simulated contracting officers, bid feedback) powered by third-party large language models (Google Gemini) accessed directly through secure server-side functions.

  • 7.2 AI Output Limitations: AI-generated text, analysis, and contract feedback within the game are simulated and may contain errors or hallucinations.

8. Intellectual Property The GovCon Video Game, including all proprietary game mechanics, pixel art, isometric backgrounds, branding, content, and code, are owned by WealthTech Holdings Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for personal use.

9. Data Use & Privacy Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for independent marketing purposes. We may use aggregated, de-identified gameplay data for product improvement.

10. Cybersecurity Commitments We enforce strict self-only Row-Level Security (RLS) on our databases: players can only read or modify their own simulated company profiles and bank balances. Authentication is rate-limited to prevent abuse.

11. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEALTHTECH HOLDINGS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". No claim of any kind may be asserted against any licensor, owner, officer, or employee. You are solely responsible for understanding that this is a game and not real.

12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding confidential arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class action.

13. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms or attempted to hack/exploit the game's database or mechanics.

14. Sole Responsible Party & Exclusive Remedy WealthTech Holdings Inc. is the sole entity responsible for providing the Services. Your sole and exclusive legal recourse for any claim is against WealthTech Holdings Inc.
