GOVCON VIDEO GAME DISCLAIMER
Last Updated: October 2026
1. Education & Entertainment Provider Status — Not a Government Entity
The GovCon Video Game is an educational strategy simulator and entertainment platform operated by WealthTech Holdings Inc., providing gamified education surrounding the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the United States government contracting process.
We are exclusively a gaming and technology provider. We are NOT:
A government agency (e.g., SBA, GSA, DoD, or any contracting office)
A law firm or provider of legal counsel
By using this platform, you agree that you are purchasing a license to a video game and educational simulator—not engaging a business consultant and not receiving any form of personalized legal, business, tax, or contracting advice.
2. Simulation & Educational Scope Our software covers educational simulations of the following government contracting concepts:
Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) basics
Proposals
Simulated company registration (synthetic UEI, CAGE, and NAICS generation)
Certifications
Resources
All gameplay content, scenarios, and AI interactions are designed strictly for educational entertainment purposes.
3. No Guarantee of Real-World Contracting Success We cannot and do not guarantee that any user will win a real-world government contract, secure a subcontract, or generate business revenue by playing our simulator. Actual contracting outcomes depend on your real-world business capabilities, market conditions, pricing, strict regulatory compliance, and factors completely outside of our control.
Our in-game win rates, simulated bank balances, contract awards, and AI feedback are game mechanics only and are not predictions of actual federal marketplace results.
4. Educational & Entertainment Use Only — No Legal or Business Advice Nothing in the GovCon Video Game constitutes:
A recommendation to bid or not bid on any specific real-world government solicitation
Legal advice regarding FAR compliance, protests, or contract disputes
Personalized business, accounting, or strategic advice
An offer to broker, fund, or partner on actual federal contracts
Game scenarios, simulated Contracting Officers (KOs), and fictional RFPs are designed solely to teach contracting concepts in a gamified environment. Any real-world government agencies, NAICS codes, or contract vehicles referenced are illustrative for gameplay and must not be relied upon for real-world business decisions.
5. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for:
How you apply any concepts learned in the game to your actual real-world business entity
Verifying current procurement rules, FAR updates, and solicitation requirements published on official portals like SAM.gov
Any real-world business decisions, proposal submissions, or legal liabilities you incur
WealthTech Holdings Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any lost bids, business losses, compliance penalties, wasted time, or financial decisions resulting from the use of our software.
6. Responsible Use The GovCon Video Game's format is intended to make learning about government contracting engaging and accessible. Users should remember that it is a synthetic simulation. We highly recommend supplementing your gameplay with official government resources (such as APEX Accelerators or SBA.gov), certified legal counsel, and professional proposal training before entering the actual federal marketplace.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the GovCon Video Game software will be resolved through binding arbitration seated in Texas, except where prohibited by applicable law.
